Another great one for HGH is Sly Stallone, did you see him just before he shot The Expendables? Massive.. at what… 60?

I’ve come to really enjoy fasted state exercise, it used to bring on a small state of panic if I had to go into a training session unfed, I thought my body would just start breaking down the muscle. These days I find fasted state exercise more motivating and with greater health benefits.

Increasing HGH levels can really help, HGH by itself can give you a lot of benefits and I prefer first tip because I think it is the most effective way how to increase HGH.
